The Government Accountability Office is reportedly conducting a review after a July 31 report revealed that Iraqi insurgents may have gotten their hands on weapons and body armor intended to equip Iraqi troops. One senior Pentagon official told the Post that some of the weapons likely are being used against U.S. forces.
... Memo to Government Management, Civilian and Military; if you give weapons to an Iraqi and he gives them to the Insurgents, he's NOT OUR FRIEND! Or, is this just a way to prolong the fighting?

Dear Mr. Tiger,
We no longer are shooting ourselves in the foot; we are aiming for our heads! When will this madness end and we get leaders with integrity to keep America free?
It won't end, Lady! Bush has another year and a half or so, to continue the damage, and once the Dems assume power it will get worse!
