Bush Enables Terrorism - C.A.I.R. To Meet At White House

What would you say if you knew your President supported groups linked to Terrorism? Well, it's true; and it's been happening for years!

... CAIR officials have been charged with -- and some convicted of -- offenses related to the support of terrorism, including CAIR fundraiser Rabih Haddad, founding board member Ghassan Elashi and former CAIR civil rights coordinator Randall Royer.

"We know [CAIR] has ties to terrorism," said Sen. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat and vice chairman of the party's Senate conference. He also criticized the group for having "intimate links with Hamas."

CAIR also was named as a defendant in a class-action lawsuit relating to the September 11 attacks.

Prominent lawmakers, watchdog organizations and law-enforcement authorities insist CAIR has terrorist ties, despite the group's endorsement by Republican and Democratic leaders, including President Bush and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat. (also supported by Jeb Bush)

Karen Hughes has been cultivating these ties since day 1.

Actually, probably before day 1, when she was tasked with getting the Muslim vote, while Rove and Bush would build a permanent majority by letting in enough illegals that Hispanics would be so impressed they'd vote Republican in droves.

Instead, the base grew disgusted, independents went back to voting Democrat, and Hispanics still vote Democrat, just more of them to do so.

Add Iraq, that's three strikes w/o even trying.
Pathetic.

House Republicans Don't Want Muslim Group Using Capitol Conference Room

WASHINGTON — A House Republican leadership group said Monday that Democrats should retract an offer to let the nation's largest Islamic civil liberties organization use a Capitol conference room for a seminar.
The House Republican Conference referred to the

Council on American-Islamic Relations as "terrorist apologists" and called on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to cancel the forum scheduled for Tuesday.

But Hooper noted that the organization had launched public service ads on TV against terrorism and had worked closely with the FBI and other government agencies. CAIR officials joined President Bush in a visit to Islamic centers after the Sept. 11 attacks, he said.

Thanks for the info, Doug! With all the work done about C.A.I.R. by FrontPageMag and others you would think the Repubs would have better sense. But as you said, they keep striking out!

I'm not sure if the Whitehouse personnel have a one full brain to share amongst themselves.
