5-3 US Supreme Court Strikes Again

Five to Three. Roberts recusing himself.

Today the leftists on the US Supreme court once again cited "International Law" and declared that military tribunals violate US military law and the Geneva conventions. The Court said that the Bush Administration could continue to hold the Guantanamo detainees but world pressure to shut it down has been mounting and the SC leftists could possibly be sidestepping the issue.

This decision should also accelerate a new Geneva convention but in this modern, multi-culti world any such attempt will be one of the most insane circuses in history.

I am quite sure that US forces will be capturing a lot fewer battlefield combatants.

Remember this decision before you throw your vote away on a third-party candidate or if you want to sit at home in protest.

HAHAHA

I just thought of a Capitol police officer stopping Ruth. Would she react violently like Cynthia McKinney?

I think this ruling is a good illustration as to why conservatives cannot sit out the election. It's not an option.

If they do, they will get what they deserve.

They will leave a legacy of lib activist judges to the next generation.

... we've already gotten what we deserve ...

This is actually a VIVID ILLUSTRATION of the inability of Republican Presidents to nominate Supreme Court Judges.

See ya at the Polls in November - I'll do my best to get rid of Mel Martinez, a pseudo-Republican.
